These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anylens Inc.'s services, including any related websites, applications, and tools that allow you to create and manage AI agents for use within your workplace communication platforms such as Slack (each, a "Service," and collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anylens Inc. ("Anylens," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Definitions

• "AI Service Providers" refers to third-party providers of artificial intelligence and machine learning services, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, whose services can be integrated into Anylens via API keys or authorized credentials.
• "Communication Platforms" refers to tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms where Anylens AI agents may be deployed.

Eligibility To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age in your country. If under the applicable age, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet the age requirements or have the required consent.

Registration You do not need to create a separate Anylens account to use the Services. The Services are accessible directly via Slack by installing the Anylens Slack App. By using the Services through Slack, you agree to these Terms.

Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of laws or rights.
• Provide false information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Services.
• Transmit malware or malicious code.
• Abuse or exploit the Services.
• Use the Services to harm or harass others.
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization.

We may monitor and investigate misuse of the Services and may take appropriate action.

Intellectual Property Anylens retains all intellectual property rights in the Services. You agree not to copy, alter, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission. Any improvements or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

Your Content You may submit text, files, and other materials ("Inputs") via the Communication Platforms for processing by AI Service Providers. The resulting outputs ("Outputs") and your Inputs are collectively "Content." You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the Content. You must ensure compliance with third-party terms.

Subscriptions and Billing You may purchase a subscription (e.g., Team or Enterprise plans). Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Your plan will auto-renew unless canceled. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Residents) You may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase unless the Services have already begun (e.g., AI agent setup). Refunds may be subject to processing timelines.

Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms overrides your statutory rights under applicable law.

Privacy Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to its terms.

Termination and Suspension We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees. No refund is provided if termination is due to violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services The Services facilitate integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms' terms, content, functionality, or data practices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior six months.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Anylens harmless from claims related to your use of the Services or Content you submit.

Data Responsibility You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss.

Electronic Communication and Signatures You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic agreements are legally binding.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes must be brought individually and within one year.

Miscellaneous These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Anylens. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. You may not assign these Terms without consent.
